SXGA (1280 x 1024) resolutions in Server management applications in recent years has become essential as such proper solutions to support high-definition images for larger-size and/or enhanced-quality screens are becoming essential. Additionally, broadcasting systems require higher resolutions, the resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 dots, which is equivalent to the image quality for high-definition television (HDTV), has been commercially practical. In order to address these market needs, FUJITSU has developed high performance FE-1000CW Cat5 Wide Band extender. The SERVIS Extender Cat5 Wide Band is a remote console unit that can easily construct remote-controllable systems without any special software by utilising multi-use Cat5E UTP cables. With the adoption of our original high-definition image transmission method, remote control performance has been enhanced approximately twofold that of existing models, allowing the extension of SXGA (1,280 x 1,024 dots) to 300m, UXGA (1,600 x 1,200 dots) to 200m or more, and QXGA (2,048 x 1,536 dots) up to 100m.
