On-Site Services
Our on-site support is designed to assist with commissioning and maintenance – both optimizing and accelerating your installation. Our team of specialist support engineers can visit your site to configure your KVM solution ensuring that it perfectly fits your needs. From system pre-configuration and API integration support, to design services and more, our on-site services have been devised to give absolute assurance that your critical infrastructure will be fully operational before the support engineer leaves site.
Training
Our comprehensive training program has been designed to equip you with in-house technical experts who can administer, expand and support your KVM network. Our ‘train the trainer’ approach ensures that knowledge is transferred across your business – saving time and money when training for other team members is required. Training sessions can be held on-site alongside your system commissioning or at an open program session at one of our dedicated training centers. There is no limit to the amount of training available – in fact we actively encourage refresher sessions to ensure you are kept up to speed.
Enhanced Warranty
Our enhanced product warranty program gives you peace of mind and helps you to better manage and prolong the life of your product, and the application you use it for. All Adder products come with a standard two-year warranty, which can now be extended for up to five years. You can purchase an enhanced warranty for new installations or existing devices already in use. As well as additional peace of mind, our enhanced warranty program guarantees that your faulty product will be tested and repaired within five working days of receipt. Learn more
